The Brazilian Association of Trauma (ABT) with the support of the Institute of Psychiatry (IPUB), Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), organizes and promotes an unprecedented workshop.

In it you will get the knowledge of how to relate the psychological experience with the physiological regulation (Polivagal Theory), such as vasopressin and oxytocin influence this interaction chemically (Neurobiology of Emotion), and how the technique of Somatic Experiencing ® (SE) is built on these and other discoveries in neuroscience to decompose and organize the manifestations of the vagal complex when submit to trauma process.
